To travel is to live

“Don’t tell me how educated you are, tell me how much you have traveled” – Mohammed

I have always had this strong desire to explore every corner of the world. I find it fascinating how different the culture, the food, the scenery and the languages can be. By the time I was 22 years old, I had lived in 6 countries and I have now visited 21 countries total; some numerous times. I have studied in 2 of these countries, taken part in some crazy tours and have even worked upon a popular cruise line.

I have stood on mountains and seen the point where 3 countries connect, I have stood upon the Eiffel Tower with a wine in my hand, I have ridden camels in the Sahara, elephants in Thailand and had pythons around my neck in Singapore. I have done road trips between countries and have been to places where no one can speak my language. I have left my heart in many places, and this is something I want everyone else to experience.

Unfortunately, the world still turns when I don’t have the luxury to travel and explore. I will always have a passion and desire to share this part of me – and I am hoping to share past along with new experiences with you. In the meantime however, I want you understand me, my life and how I got to where I am.

Welcome to this life of mine.
